Danielle is 31 years old, and a recent graduate of a medical program, with 10 years of studies behind her. While the government has given her the opportunity to study on a student loan program, Danielle is now required to pay this back.
After finishing her program, she has entered the workforce; which is giving her a proper income, however a large portion of that now goes back to those loan repayments.
While the costs of living in Canada are constantly increasing Danielle finds it challenging to get on top of basic life essentials like food, electricity, housing, and car payments, which is rather very stressful. She is not in a position, even while employed, to pay off her school debts while trying to keep up with monthly living costs, let alone plan for future savings.
Danielle is a very hard-working person, however due to this situation she also struggles with her mental health and well-being, which has become a concerning heartbreak for the family around her.
Being able to pay off this education loan would mean the world to her, as a huge relief, a big blessing, and a fresh start for her young adult life, which deserves a balance, so she is able to move forward and has a stable financial future.
